Title | Samuel Noble Monument |
Caption (front) | Samuel Noble Monument, Quintard Ave., Anniston, Ala.-32 |
Caption (back) | Erected in 1895 by the citizens of Anniston in honor of the city's founder, Samuel Noble. |
Message | Dear Janet, It has rained for the last three days and still is. Occasionally I get a chance at the Scotsville paper, Jimmy Quinn gets it. Hubb Freeman from Mumford is in this company too. We came back from Lima July second. It seems that there is another regiment whose number is 108 so we add an (R) rifle to ours so there will be no confusion. Don |
